The dates open up on weekdays between 10:30pm and 11:00pm EST. I've scheduled appointments a couple of times at 10:45pm.

Hi I am currently working as a contractor at a client from company C1
C1 applied for my H1B last year and application is still pending + also added Premium Proc. last week, Application Still Pending
At the same time company C2 applied my H1B last year and H1B approved but did not get the documents from USCIS, and applied for "Response on Approved Petition", That is still pennding(But Yes The petition is approved)
But Fortunately or Unfortunately , I got a permananent job with a new company.
I can start working with that company on OPT, and he will apply a new H1B this year.
But , Instead of that Can I get one of my H1Bs transferred?
Or is there a better way to handle this situation?
I know its a mess... Can some one suggest me how to clear this mess?

Do you know, how one could apply for a Visitor Visa without a Sponsorer in the US ?
What documents do they need to furnish ?
As I understand there are a lot of ppl who come to the US who do not have kids/relatives here, what do they have to show if they are just coming to the US for a Visit not work related ?

One of the comments on my post earlier today about the killed Border Patrol agent seemed pretty harsh - accusing most BP agents of being restrictionists with bad motives. October is usually a month where we see improvements as new visa numbers become available for a new fiscal year. Most categories showed forward movement though few jumps of more than a few months. The exception is the Mexico Family 1st category which jumps a year and a half. EB-3 is available again, but not set at a date particularly close. Most people will not be happy with the dates. Hi,
Thanks for my previous response. I am on H1B and between projects. I have an offer to work for a couple of days for a company other than the one holding my H1B. They said they are not gonna report to the IRS as its an hourly job for 2 days and the number of hours are not going to accumulate enough for the IRS. But they need my SSN or tax-payer ID to run their payroll. I am gonna receive my dues as a simple check (like a rebate check with just the total amount showing up & NOT a paystub). Please let me know if I can work for them or not.

Can one apply for Admission in US University while one is on Visit Visa in USA ?
If yes, will he/ she get I-120 while staying in US ? or one has to leave USA to get I-120, apply for f1 visa and then come on that visa ?

My I-140 was approved on 10/08/2008. But I am not sure if it is EB2 or EB3.
My labor was filed with MS + 2years but My I-140 Notice Type says:
Skilled Worker or Professinal, Sec 203(b) (3) (A) (i) or (ii).
I will appreciate any feedback.
