Take care of your hair during the summer


In the summer our skin and hair are exposed to damage caused by free radicals, sun, salt water, etc. To prevent them, it is recommended to hydrate and prepare ahead of time, eating regular water during the day and properly using beauty products for hair.

Among the hair moisturisers we can protect them during the summer are shampoos with sunscreen, masks or protective sprays, among others, and can be found in various supermarkets, pharmacies, cosmetic stores, hair salons, etc.
