Brighten: dry and damaged hair


Many women passed us and we are exposed to have at any time dry and damaged hair. This happens for different reasons, either because the shampoo, climate change (cold / dry), air, sun, water, etc. But there are tips and beauty tips that will help us overcome this problem and to look shiny and healthy hair.

Cut the ends of your hair without leaving it short. Performed twice weekly treatments with a mask or conditioner to moisturize and revitalize hair.

Avoid drying or straightening frequent, while your hair is recovering, and if possible, use heat protection products, especially sunlight. Wash your hair when you feel that this fatty (dirty) to prevent drying.

You can also include the following homemade recipes:
Peel an aloe leaf pulp and add it to the hair, leave it on and then rinse. Add ½ avocado in a blender, while it is blending, add 01 eggs, ¾ cup olive oil, when everything is well mixed, apply to damp hair, wrap a hot towel, warm and leave it on for about 15 min ., and finally rinsing.

Blend a ripe banana, 01 tablespoon lemon juice 01 tbsp sunflower oil, then apply on hair for about 30 min then wash hair.

Mix one tablespoon of mayonnaise and other olive oil and massage on the hair, leave it on about 30 min and then wash as usual and when dry, apply beer.
